Refund & Cancellation Policy – Matangi Arts

1. Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

   • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at [your email/phone here].

   • After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted as the artwork is prepared for shipping.

2. Returns/Refunds (After Delivery)

   • Since each painting is a unique, original artwork, returns are not accepted once delivered.

   • Refunds are issued only if the artwork is damaged during shipping. Proof of damage (photos/videos) must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Timeline

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
