Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship orders using trusted courier and postal services.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

    • International: 7–21 business days after dispatch (may vary by destination).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier rates.

  • Free shipping offers (if applicable) will be mentioned during checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized artworks.

  • Digital products (e.g., downloads).

  • Gift cards.

Return Process

  2. Our team will guide you with return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us to arrange an exchange.
